The History of New Orleans
Beginning with the Registration desk, "The History of New Orleans" theme traveled throughout the hotel during the event. At entrance stood the step-and-repeat banner featuring the logo and leading through the doorway began the display signs, starting with "The History of Music" featuring Carl LeBlanc and live musicians.
Inside the three elevators, guests had no trouble exploring the floors and traveling to the different areas to experience all the event spaces by following this elevator infographic stating each floor and its display.
VIP GUEST E-VITES
Representing the event's theme of "The History of New Orleans," Midnight Boheme designed the invitation for the VIP guests.
Each designated area of the AC Hotel displayed a different portion of New Orleans history starting from Music and ending with Architecture. Keeping the design consistent and branded throughout the event, the elegance and ornate flourishes accented the hotel's upscale, sexy interior.
Each guest received a custom designed tri-fold brochure which detailed the display areas of the event and its many exciting features.
HISTORY OF ARCHITECTURE: SLIDESHOW
On the 6th Floor Terrance, "The History of Architecture" display was a slideshow viewed on a large screen for guests to enjoy as they listened to live jazz and sipped hot beverages in the night air. Midnight Boheme designed this slideshow video featuring historic photographs of the city side by side contemporary photos of the same buildings. It's amazing to see how the city has changed yet stayed the same over 300 years!
Featuring the handcrafted logo design for the event, associates wore this gold button during the event.
Beverages flowed freely and friendly staff carried passed appetizers throughout the entire hotel during the event.
HISTORY OF LIBATIONS
In the AC Lounge, "The History of Libations" display decorated the wall. Designed by Midnight Boheme, cocktail expert Cheryl Charming assisted in the history of each New Orleans-created cocktail in order to create this large scale display featuring the 13 original NOLA Libations starting with the Sazerac to the most recent Frozen Irish Coffee. Guests were able to drink and learn simultaneously!
Featuring a clever poem encouraging guests to hang their hats and coats in the coat room, Midnight Boheme designed additional signage to help guests guide around the event.
Overall, the AC Hotel New Orleans threw a fancy, fun, successful soirée and Midnight Boheme is proud to have been a part of the production.
